Shipping policy

At Doors, we offer free shipping for all orders within India. We are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently! 

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. Doors is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Doors. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of Doors, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

Shipping Safety: We are proud that all our shipments go through 2 levels of packaging before dispatch. The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here's how you can get a replacement.

Order Processing: All orders placed on our website will be processed within 2-7 business days. Our team works diligently to ensure your order is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping information via email and a notification on your provided contact number through WhatsApp.

Order Tracking: Track the progress of your order conveniently through WhatsApp. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details on your WhatsApp number, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.

International Shipping: Our international shipping fee is an additional INR 1500. Some countries levy taxes, customs fees, and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges are typically determined at the point of entry of the package and must be paid before you can receive it. In these cases, all applicable clearances fees and delays are the responsibility of the customer. 

Estimated Delivery Date: The estimated delivery date will be provided after your order has been shipped. This allows you to anticipate when your Doors Community products will arrive. It takes us 1-3 business days to process the order and ship it out. Thereafter, delivery time varies between 4-7 days within India, depending on your location. For international orders, it also varies based on your location although most orders are delivered within 10 business days of dispatch.
